Guest suite 1 on the 2nd floor, dubbed the green room by the owners, is measured at 16' x 12' and has vaulted ceilings with fan, stained wide plank French White oak flooring, flat screen television and builtin in speakers. This is the only guest suite that does not have lake and mountain views, rather a change of pace with a view over the nicely landscaped front yard

Guest suite 2, dubbed the blue room, is meausured at 15' x 12' and offers great lake views from the bench seat in the window.
Guest suite 3, dubbed the brown room by the owners,  is measured at 16' x 12' and has great lake and mountain views
The basement guest suite is measured at 14' x 13'.  It has full 9' ceilings with wide plank stained French White Oak flooring and a sizable wall closet. As with all the other guest bedrooms, it has a flat screen television with built in speakers, Vantage lighting and Russound sound controls.
The powder bathroom on the main floor just off the foyer has a beautiful ornate wood vanity with marble countertop, polished marble flooring and base.
The powder bath off the kitchen has a unique leaded glass window with a slab granite vanity with alder cabinetry and wide plank French white Oak flooring.
Each of the guest suites has a full private bath with detailed natural stone shower tub and frameless glass door. All include a slab granite vanity with alder cabinetry and natural stone tile flooring.
