The finished basement starts with a custom built  wood bar with granite slab and natural stone accented backsplash. The wet bar includes unique wood detailing with GE Monogram beverage refigerator, icemaker, Fisher Paykel double drawer dishwasher and two GE Monogram beverage drawers.

Sit at the bar for a good conversation over a drink or watch the game on the flat screen TV while you wait for your turn at the pool table which would fit nicely into the Recreation/Gaming area of the basement adjacent to the Bar.

A closer look at the bar shows the tile and cabinet details including the glass front spaces which have hidden finger touch lighting.

As with the rest of the home, the flooring is beautiful wide plank French White Oak with a dark stain. All light fixtures are custom  wrought iron and the basement has the touch control Vantage Lighting system as well as the Russound audio controls that run through the whole house given service via XM Radio, iPod or CD changer.

The Recreation/Gaming area is measured at 18' x 14', plenty of room for a pool table, card room  or additional sitting area.
